Stock Export – Speed Improvements
We have made improvements to this export making it faster and more efficient for
users.

Fields removed:

• BBD
• Style
• Outbound Unit
• SKU Type
  As we have removed the SKU Type field, the Include Materials search criteria was
  no longer relevant so that has also been removed.
  Locked has also been renamed to Under Investigation to make more sense to
  users and to ensure it is consistently labelled across the system.
  User Search Bug Fix – #93875664
  We have fixed an issue causing the user list to persist on the search page even after
  clicking a new search tab. This was a cosmetic only bug that meant the user list
  would stay visible after searching for users then clicking a different search tab.
  Stock Replenishment Report – #93994665
  There was a report of items not appearing on the merged replenishment report
  that did appear on the ecomm version of this report. While the underlying cause of
  the issue was not found, the report has been extended and updated to simplify the
  logic of what it does and remove some unnecessary filters and columns. We believe
  the “Merged V2” filter option should do everything necessary, but we will continue
  to monitor over the coming months and remove the other options once we are
  confident the new process is stable and functional. The merged V2 filter also
  shows the picking flow for the replenishment – either Ecomm, Fixed or Mixed.
  New External Stock Replenishment Process – #300
  A new page has been added to support the newer automated process for external
  stock replenishments. External stock replenishments are when the stock levels
  within the current site do not support all the orders currently outstanding but
  other sites contain available stock that could satisfy the needs for the current site.
  The new process also incorporates a process to allow us to be more proactive and
  start calling in stock that is low in the current site but we know there is a high
  probability of needing this stock soon.
  New setting: SKU QC Dimensions – #308
  A new setting has been added to the building config page to configure whether
  the new GR process will ask for SKU dimensions on SKUs that require it or whether
  this will be controlled by the upcoming QC changes that will control this process.
  Nexus Tidy Ups
  More tidying up is continuing to help make the system more streamlined. Removed
  an old master page that was causing the old logo to appear on some pages.
  Removed “Bay” column from transport order search and removed all bay config
  options from building config screen. Removed financial reports and other pages
  that do not relate to Roxor:
• Booker Goods Received By GRN Report
• Booker Stock Gains and Losses Report
• Booker Transmitted Issues Report
• Booker Transmitted Receipts Report
• Processing Capacity
• Add Ticketing Job
  The “EDI Status Report” has been performance tuned to reduce the load on the
  database and perform faster.
  Logging Improvements
  One of the slowest parts of the Nexus system is the logging system (the “Log” tab
  you see on pages like the Pallet Details page or the “Article Details” page. We have
  started the process of migrating logs to a new, more efficient storage process that
  will eventually have big performance improvements across the whole system.
  Some parts of the logging system have been removed such as “computer name”
  and “application” – these fields were inconsistent, inaccurate and not considered
  something that was necessary. For the IT department, this will also have a very
  large impact on the size of the database as the logging table is one of the largest
  data stores in Nexus. We anticipate an 80% reduction in storage needs once the
  data is fully migrated to the new location.
  Ability to remove permission to print SKU barcodes

We have added the ability to hide the SKU barcode print option on the SKU details
page based on user permission. All users will have access to this after the next
release, but if any need removing feel free to contact support@bd4.ltd to remove
this.
Remove Columns Not Used – Stock Discrepancies #94339114
Columns considered not necessary for the report have been removed to clean up
the report and make it easier to read.
New Device Picking ecommerce #230
Work has passed testing to pick an eCommerce order onto a tote. We will continue
to validate this with packing before we’re confident we can use this in production
but the new ecommerce picking flow will look like the below:

Once a valid tote has been scanned the pick is completed and user is taken back to
the order list.
Ensure “print barcodes” is permission controlled #21
These permissions allow managers to tailor user access regarding access to the
Reprint SKU button and the barcode tab on the SKU details page.

work more efficiently.

We have added a new tab on the Order(Out) details page. This tab will display
stock coverage for each site as a percentage.
