PI Stock Details is now clearer – #295
When using the PI tool, it was not clear when stock was under investigation. We
now highlight this using the system standard colouring:

Stock Under Investigation – PI Tool – #296
We now show any stock lines which are under investigation with an orange
background on the SKU list after scanning location with the PI tool on devices:

Bulk Book, GR and locate on Not Booked In screen – #286
Works orders can now be Booked in, GR’d, and Located all from the Not Booked In
page.
Once a Building has been selected from the search criteria, users can tick the
“Works Order Only:” checkbox to filter the list. From there users can select all and
use the “Mark as Received” button to perform the actions.
As before, a popup will be displayed allowing users to nominate a location or
simply click save to locate stock in the default location (01BZ116).

Remove CDC, Order, and Type Columns – #298
SKU Details > Orders(Out) tab – Columns have been removed from this report to
improve speed and user experience:

Improve search functionality for multiple batch orders – #297
By typing the original order number into search any other batch orders are also
listed:

Hide the Best Before Date from STL Details Edit – #299

SKU Details > Orders(Out) tab: Removed “Store #” column and
added “Order Type” to show if it’s Fixed or eComm – #303
Colour of stock in discrepancy: Relocate > Scan Location –

302

The old red colour has been replaced for the system standard orange to avoid
confusion.

Open Orders Out: Results unfiltered after Un-holding orders –

93638735

When we take an order off hold on the Open Orders Out report, the order was
marked as un-held but the report did not pay attention to the search criteria and
brings back a full data list with none of the filters applied.
This has now been fixed.

Add an unlocated SKU using the PI Tool – #305
We are now able to add stock to a location even if that stock is not already
currently located.
This can be done in two ways from the PI Tool:

1) Scan the location > Press the green button > Select Add New SKU > Scan the
SKU barcode > Confirm Qty
2) Scan the SKU > Confirm Qty > Scan Location

Open Orders Report
We have vastly improved the speed of the Open Orders (Out) report by removing
irrelevant checks and data queries. The result is a much faster return of data
without compromising any of the information returned.

Page / Section Tidy-ups & Speed Improvements
Ongoing with our transition to Nexus, we will be streamlining the system to make
it faster and remove unnecessary features which often just make navigation
noisier. Some dashboard pages were removed along with a lot of behind-the
scenes sections and controls that are not needed. Pages removed in this release:

  • Bonded Complete Lines
  • NCS Collection Planner
  • Bonded Clearances
  • Pick Wave Status
  • View WIP
  • View Plan
  • Create Labels

“Process End Stage” for and old and broken stock count process has been removed
with more of this process to be removed in coming weeks. This end stage process
would make widespread changes to inventory if used so has been removed for
safety.

We have removed a very large component (Telerik) that adds a lot of bloatware to
the dashboard with very little benefit. One of the downsides of this removal is the
Open Orders Out report has a less impressive UI when selecting delivery types –
we hope to reinstate a more modern interface here in future that does not slow
the dashboard down. The dashboard as an application is now 30% smaller with all
the above changes made.

ATMS De-coupling
As part of the efforts to de-couple Nexus from ATMS and remove cross database
queries which will harm our ability to run this platform on a more modern
infrastructure, the ATMS Customer Name has been changed in the customer
settings to simply be an ATMS Customer ID input for a numeric value. This value
should never need to be changed and will in future become entirely defunct.
